No sales pitches - just crisp, clear answers to my questions. I was helping my son buy his first vehicle, and I prepared him for dealing with the stereotypical sales "shark." What a pleasant surprise. It's a lot easier to make a clear decision when you have a salesman like John, who didn't pressure us at all. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with our purchase, and my son's first car is a safe and reliable vehicle. Ray Chevy should videotape John Lesniak doing his job, and use it as a training video for all salespeople nation-wide. More

And that being said, I did feel I got the best price for what I was buying. There some after market things they try to sell you on - do your homework and ask questions about how things work - the whole oil change thing with 24,000 miles or 2 years isn't what you think - there are "requirements" to qualify for this. Also I would check around on things like extended warranties, key replacement, bed liners, etc before purchasing - also check up on interest rates. I think they got me approved but not with necessarily the "best" rate. Like anything, the more you know the more equipped you are to deal with salesman. John was GREAT - very professional and I felt very comfortable with him. I felt a few guys there were shady and pushy, but again there's always a few no matter where you go! Overall very satisfied, enjoyed the process after it was a said and done and it's close to home - looking forward to enjoying our new purchase! More

We shopped several dealerships looking for a Buick Enclave, and found the one we wanted at Ray Chevy (not the closest dealership we looked at). Easy to find and get to, the facilities were clean and accessible (elevator for our stroller). John was very knowledgable about not only the car, but also the process. This is helpful to a couple of newbies like us. We had to wait several weeks to get the price we wanted, but eventually it dropped into the affordability range. I called John and left a message on Friday stating we were interested in purchasing, and John called me back on Saturday morning. By the time we arrived at the dealership, he had most of the paperwork ready to go, making the whole process very quick. From John, to the business manager, to the tech team, everyone thoroughly explained everything we were signing, and all our available options. One thing I found very helpful was the tech team, which we hadn't experienced at any other dealerships. Ray Jr (third generation) was my liaison for the tech team. He sat in the car with me, helping with my initial call to OnStar, and showing me the car's electronic goodies. I would recommend this dealership if you're looking for a straight-forward car buying experience, and the opportunity to work with people like John and Ray Jr will make you happy you stopped in. More

I had purchased a new car in 2009 from this dealership and John Lesniak helped with the purchase at that time. John was very helpful in our selecting a Chevy Malibu as the vehicle for my wife. He was very thorough in his description of all the options available on the car as well as describing the performance of the car. My wife took several test drives and John explained how the Malibu would be the best car for her needs. Thanks to John's patience and extensive knowledge of the Chevrolet products, we now own a brand new Malibu.
