Crystal went over numbers in detail when I called and answered all of my concerns with patience and expertise. When we arrived at the dealer John was available to show us some vehicles on the lot. Since what I was looking for was not at the lot we looked online and were able to find a vehicle at a sister lot that matched what I was looking for. John and Crystal moved quickly to make sure we got the car at this lot immediately. John was very patient and took his time listening to us and understanding what we wanted. Crystal stepped in as needed to provide feedback and get the paper work moving along. This was the 1st experience I've ever had that I was not stressed or pushed to buy at a car dealer. Although the team I worked with was short handed they did everything to make sure it was still a pleasant experience. Oh and let's not forget Anthony! He also did a great job listening and understanding our bottom line. He was friendly and gave us the peace of mind we needed. I have to say, I went there skeptical but left a very satisfied customer and will be recommending this dealer to anyone looking. Great team work! A++ More

I would recommend the Business to Business team to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Kevin Jones was my primary salesman/contact on the Business to Business team. He went above and beyond to meet all the requirements for my new vehicle. While Kevin was taking care of locating a vehicle, keys, or handling paperwork, the other team members would check to see if I needed anything or had any questions. The team concept makes you feel like you’re working with family or friends that truly care about you as a person and your needs. I've worked with Five Star Ford for years with my Dad both buying and servicing vehicles. Buying my new Mustang this time exceeds all previous vehicle buying experiences. Kevin explained everything from new vs. used options, financing options, security system, service and so much more during the process of narrowing down and selecting the right vehicle. Once the vehicle was selected, Kevin walked me to finance and met me once the financing process was completed. Kevin then went over some additional items on the vehicle. Kevin took the time to introduce me to Bob Carmack and Terry Rich. Both Bob and Terry made me feel like family. In addition, Kevin took me back to Service to meet with James Hopkins (who I have known and worked with before both at Five Star Ford and other dealerships). During this process I was provided the name and contact information for my Service Writer, Chris Adams, who will work with me when my vehicle needed service. Growing up around cars, car shows and working on cars, the way I am treated at a dealership is important. Being taken seriously as a female is a very important and was a determining factor in buying from Kevin Jones, Five Star Ford NRH. Kevin followed up the sales experience with a phone call and email. He has made himself available since the purchase of the vehicle to answer any questions making this an awesome experience purchasing my 2014 Mustang. Thank you for going above and beyond! She held my hand and walked me through the whole thing, answered all my questions, and seemed genuinely eager to please. I was referred to Five Star Ford by my loan officer at the American Airlines Federal Credit Union, Miriam Carrasquillo, but since I live in Denton, I decided to try the closer dealerships first. That was a mistake. Compared to the professionalism of the staff at Five Star Ford, the other two I visited were neither knowledgeable nor up to the challenge of dealing with someone (me) who knew exactly what he wanted and how much he was willing to pay. That I ended up at Five Star Ford was my reward for the trials I found at the other two places. Buying a car is not a process I enjoy, but Crystal and the rest made it as painless as they possibly could. I am a firm believer in word-of-mouth, and I will be singing the praises of Five Star Ford for years to come. More

For months I was hesitatant, used to being uncomfortable in the car I was in. But John was very helpful & encouraging. I went to other dealerships but I continually felt pressured & felt that my concerns were not being heard. John & Crystal worked well as a team & took care of my needs & concerns. They were both very friendly as was the whole staff. I actually commented on that several times.
