John told me that it would take at least two and a half months before I received my car due to the parts being on back order. He approximated the cost to be approximately $2,000. He also charged me $240.00 for the diagnosis without even telling me about this charge before I picked up the car. Intuitively I believed that there was something very wrong about the entire business transaction. So I called another dealership. In comparison Hansel Honda was able to get the parts, and repair my cat, did not charge me anything for their diagnosis and honored my extended warranty. I will never return to Manly Honda and I am in the process of writing a letter to the general manager as well as the Better Business Bureau to make a formal complaint and to give a poor review. More

I wasn't happy that my aluminum splash shield was bent and buckled and started dragging. When I removed it, it had only three fasteners instead of seven. I was looked after on this visit (and when I reported it a few weeks earlier), and I'm satisfied, but disappointed that the earlier work may have been sloppy or incomplete. More
