Funeral visit. John got me in and fixed the problem with my brakes before I had to return to St. Louis. Didn’t fix the broken Took my Jeep to Adams as I smelled an odor of fuel. Spent $1000 for them to replace a fuel pump of a Jeep with 13,000 miles on it. A week later I got Took my Jeep to Adams as I smelled an odor of fuel. Spent $1000 for them to replace a fuel pump of a Jeep with 13,000 miles on it. A week later I got it back. Still smells like gas. Took it back. Another week. Replaced the gas cap after 6 days. Charged me $16 to “install” a gas cap. Got it back. Still smells of fuel. Going back again. If it weren’t for John Louchks I wouldn’t even bring my Jeep here. He’s the only one that tries to help. More

Absolutely everything I can expect in a service manager and extremely helpful and determined to solve an issue I had. I purchased some OEM LED fog lights and was unable to figure out why they weren’t working with the AF harness I purchased. John and his team were able to figure the issue out by using one of their AF harness and rig it up to the lights. He also gave me a Mopar Emblem that was suppose to come with my lift. Awesome guy, couldn’t recommend their service anymore More

Best service around! Went in knowing my rear differential on my JLU was going to be replaced. John was amazing and gave me a rental and called me that afternoon and said t Went in knowing my rear differential on my JLU was going to be replaced. John was amazing and gave me a rental and called me that afternoon and said the parts were on back order til mid May, he didn’t some contacting and called me a few days later to let me know Jeep would be sending me a brand new rear axel right off the assembly line. Needless to say after a week I had a brand new rear axel and they covered the entire rental. 10/10 recommend! And even though they are 45 minutes away and I pass a Jeep dealership 2 miles from my house, I won’t go anywhere else More
