I bought mylastest Grand from Mike and as usual, he took great careof me, there ended up being an issue with a bad heatercore that was not part of the MD inspection, they took care of it and ate the almost great careof me, there ended up being an issue with a bad heatercore that was not part of the MD inspection, they took care of it and ate the almost $1600 in parts and labor just to take care of the customer and offer excellant customer service. More

My wife and I purchased a used 2006 Wrangler Sport April 20,2011 from another dealership within the Baltimore/DC region. We were having some major problems with it and the dealer whom we bought it from was 20,2011 from another dealership within the Baltimore/DC region. We were having some major problems with it and the dealer whom we bought it from was not honoring their warranty. Actually, they stated nothing was wrong with the vehicle. So, we wanted a second opinion. A co-worker and a friend both suggested that Adams Jeep is the place to go to. So, I decided to take it to them for a look. Within an hour or so, they pulled me aside and told me what they found. There were issues...Big issues...ones that would be covered by the original dealerships warranty. We took the vehicle to the original dealer with paperwork in hand from Adams and they proceeded to fix other things, other than what Adams stated was wrong. So we took the Jeep back to Adams and this time, after raising enough stink, the Service Director from the other dealer drove from Silver Springs Md to Aberdeen Md to look at the vehicle with Adams. Finally, we got the original dealer to fix the major issues! In fact, there are still some issues that we are having worked through the original dealer...and we now have the higher ups within that company working with us...sort of... Both times I was at Adams and also when dealing with them on the phone, I felt like I was being treated as if I was family, not as a customer. And I didn't even buy my vehicle from them! I would have never expected any dealer to go out of their way to help a stranger with problems from another dealership and to treat me as if I had been a life long friend/owner/customer. They by far exceeded my expectations and have earned my business and my trust! Also, I must note...I live 45+ minutes away from them and pass several dealers that could take care of my Jeep, but I will be going to Adams!!! Adams Jeep of Maryland...THANK YOU!!! More
