Great service I was dropping off my jeep for an oil change the night before my appointment. To my amazement John asked if I could wait for a few minutes. He looked I was dropping off my jeep for an oil change the night before my appointment. To my amazement John asked if I could wait for a few minutes. He looked in the shop and asked if I could wait for a few minutes. At that time they took my jeep and did the oil change then. I didn't have to come back the next to to pick it up. Always pleased with the service from Adams! More

Great Jeep Refresh for my '11 Wrangler Adams Jeep has been so patient with me as we hemmed and hawed over what 'upgrades' vs. 'replacemnts' we would include in our Jeep refresh - we ended u Adams Jeep has been so patient with me as we hemmed and hawed over what 'upgrades' vs. 'replacemnts' we would include in our Jeep refresh - we ended up with a new soft top and a full interior rhino lining and it was AMAZING! The new twill top Galen suggested is soft and slightly darker black and it won't bleach out like the factory canvas did. Adams went the extra mile to do the leak testing to ensure we didn't have a 'weather experience' with the new top the way the old one had - nope, she is sealed up tight! The rhino lining was superbly done and has added grip and style - no more concerns about beating up the paint (carpets have been out for years) and we can clean it all out with a hose. Service was great - everyone who we spoke with was professional, helpful and knowledgeable about their offerings and the status of our Jeep. Bonus: they greeted us by name when we went in to pick her up, which I thought was pretty great. More

Transmission rebuilf Had warranty service completed on a used car (Ford) that I purchased from the dealership. Transmission failed within the warranty period, and these guys took care lf me, no questions asked! John Loucks and his service team are outstanding, and know their stuff. Even though the car was not a jeep, their techs were able to complete a complicated transmission rebuild, in-house. Very impressive. Would not hesitate to take my Ford to this Jeep dealership for service, in the future. Regards, Ben More

Service without an appointment. The orange light came on in my car and I didn’t know what it meant. Adams said stop in and we will look at it right away. They did, and also gave me an oil change and rotated my tires, while I was there. TOP NOTCH Dealership. Some kind of valve needed to be ordered, and they had it the next day. Also, I asked to see Wayne, the mgr. of the dealership and they said he was off. But, as I was walking around I saw him there. (His off day) I said hi, and said I thought you were off. He said it is my off day, but I always come in to make sure everything is running ok. Quality Service the 1st time. Joann Smith, a Jeep owner for the last 15 years. 2004 Jeep Liberty, and 2014 Jeep Cherokee (Trail Hawk). Love it, Best experience I’ve ever had buying a car and servicing it.
