I purchased my Jeep from Keith Cook in 2008, everything went great, fair price and by the book trade in. I then was introduced to John Loucks the service manager when I picked up my new Jeep. Over the last few years I have come to know and work with Jonh Loucks, Danny, David and Sean in service. The service group has done such a great job, I now bring my Mazda Van in for service also. Of course we wanted bigger tires on our Jeep who wouldnt. John got us in and out and my jeep looks great. He was also very helpful with my questions about lifting my Jeep in the near future. I can rest assured that all matters, even the little suprises I cannot see under the hood, will be detected and taken care of the right way. In my opinion one of the most important aspects of a service department is "trust" and knowing about what to expect when it comes time to pay my bill. The staff at adams where great they worked very hard to get my jeep built and delevered as fast as they could and have been very good about follow up on items that needed to be worked on the only problem w get my jeep built and delevered as fast as they could and have been very good about follow up on items that needed to be worked on the only problem we had was getting the vech delevered from the rail in baltimore had bought the jeep and it took just under two mounths to get it to the dealer after that things went good.
