John Mac was our sales person. He was great in every respect. Offered us all of the available used car options and then found us the "Needle in the Haystack" car that we thought was not available. The sales person John Mac was nice and personable. He seemed honest. He left many times and I wasn’t sure what he was doing. I wasn’t happy with the offer on my car. I went in for the great lease optio seemed honest. He left many times and I wasn’t sure what he was doing. I wasn’t happy with the offer on my car. I went in for the great lease option that lexus was offering. The tax and fees were 3000.00. I was shocked and had to come up with more money down. Everything took so long. The finance manager was rude after we denied extra warranties. Not a fan of him. The car was beautiful done and ready after papers we’re signed. I always wanted a Lexus and was so excited about getting my first however my overall experience was average. More

The buying experience was efficient and enjoyable. John MacEachern was great to work with. After two days from buying the car, we noticed a crack in the mirror housing that no one noticed.
