The best experience ever in buying a car!!!! This was our first experience with Lexus of Wayzata and what a pleasure it was! John Mac is THE BEST !!!!! From the initial meeting to the minute we walked out the door with our new vehicle, we were so well taken care of. Best experience I've ever had when buying a car Throughout my life I have been known as a bit of a car enthusiast having owned something in excess of 100 vehicles. It doesn't make me an expert but certainly gives me incite into a good and/or bad experience. Most of my experiences would probably be rated a 3+ on a 0-5 scale. I must admit this is the only time I honestly could rate our purchase a 5+ for so many reasons. Lexus of Wayzata is an awesome and friendly facility. Ownership, sales and finance made us feel like we were family. John MacEachern, better known as "Mac", assists in every way possible. I would sing his praises and all of this listed to anyone looking for a new or certified pre-owned vehicle. More

Excellent Experience with Mac and Cal at Lexus of Wayzata I found an SUV and was in and out within and hour and a half! He was very patient and accommodating and made us feel as if we were making this purchase from an old friend.
