John the Service manager was the only quality and actually above and beyond support we received. I can’t say enough good things about John however, the rest of the service team which included the s actually above and beyond support we received. I can’t say enough good things about John however, the rest of the service team which included the service rep, and the parts manager were the worst we’ve ever dealt with the communication was incorrect inconsistent, and it prolong the repair significantly costing us significant time and money. More
