I have an XC40 Recharge (Volvo). At the point of service there seems to be a lack of thorough knowledge about this new EV. Not sure who to blame, probably Volvo (who made the sale), but it was the dealer wh there seems to be a lack of thorough knowledge about this new EV. Not sure who to blame, probably Volvo (who made the sale), but it was the dealer who made the delivery. Vehicle still does not work with the Volvo on-call app - a month after delivery. Otherwise, a great vehicle and I believe service people that are almost as frustrated as myself. More

Outstanding service across the board. I was comfortable from the moment I walked in. They went out of their way to ensure that I knew how to work the things with which the car came. I have been leasing and buying cars with John Maxton and Steve Dolly for over 15 years now. Even though there are Volvo dealerships closer to where I live, John and Steve go out of their way to provide me Steve Dolly for over 15 years now. Even though there are Volvo dealerships closer to where I live, John and Steve go out of their way to provide me with excellent service and have provided advice that has been very helpful to me each time I am trying to decide whether to buy or lease and what car might be best for me based on the amount of driving I expect to be doing, size of my family and the age of my kids. The team in the service department make each service appointment a pleasant experience. More
