She went sooo far out of her way to answer our questions, switching to a phone call, and understood our needs. She looked up current rebates and promotions on our selected vehicle, as well as 2 other possible choices. Her attitude & professionalism is the SOLE reason we drove to this dealer, rather than one with the same vehicle that was more conveniently located. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mike, who had a great attitude-couldn't ask for a better salesperson! He understood what we wanted to do with our trade, went on a test drive, sat down and did the paperwork. Calm, relaxed, no pressure-the best experience we have ever had for any purchase (and we have had many!). Will even be going out of our way to have the service done here-they deserve the business and to us, it is worth it to be treated this way! Just bought Jeep number 4 Once again I buy from Carman! I can't begin to describe how smooth and how much it is a pleasure to work with the Carman Auto Group. Last night was my Once again I buy from Carman! I can't begin to describe how smooth and how much it is a pleasure to work with the Carman Auto Group. Last night was my 4th purchase from them and its a great experience every time. When you buy from Carman you feel like you're buying from family. I walk in the dealership and everyone knows me by name and is genuinely happy to see me. From the start Carmans internet team is top notch. Heather Devich found the Jeep I wanted and was able to get me in contact with a salesman right away. She really took all the hassle out of my search and she is highly recommended. Since we had just purchased a Ford Mustang for my wife Brad Drummond (Ford) was able to work a deal on the Jeep for me as well. Joe Triboletti and Bob Weiss do their very best to give you the best deal and they really do every time. Down to the finance office where John Mayberry tailors your payment and extras to what YOU need not what will make them money at your expense. For me its all about that personal care that you get from Carman. If you are looking for a new Jeep, Carman is the place to be! All I can say is that we just bought our 4th Jeep from Carman and I'm 100% sure when I'm ready for number 5 it will be bought from a Carman Deal! More
