He provides outstanding customer service, He listens, discusses all options, answers questions and responds with confidence and knowledge of his organization with no pressure to buy. Both times I have left with complete understanding financially and a thorough understanding of the vehicles functionality. The entire staff works together and is friendly, but professional, My Granddaughter said "wow everyone at Carman Dodge is really really friendly ...... I mean really nice and friendly and Anthony is a really nice sales rep". I have found a wonderful group of people that I would recommend to anyone & certainly would not go to any other dealer locally. More

I've purchased 4 vehicles from Carman - three for my business and one for personal use. Having a relationship with a dealer and salesman is valuable to me, and Carman, Bob Weiss, and Dave Steller have shown me that the relationship is valuable to them as well. Excellent Car buying experience. I came in to Carman Dodge last year with my boyfriend when he purchased his Dodge Ram Truck, it was such an easy process that I choose to come this ye I came in to Carman Dodge last year with my boyfriend when he purchased his Dodge Ram Truck, it was such an easy process that I choose to come this year to trade in my used car. I even got the same salesman Joel. I told Joel my price range, and that I needed Jeep that could pull camper, within 15 minutes I was test driving my Jeep!! 2 hours later I was home!! There was no haggling, and the finance rate was better than what my Credit Union could give me. Thank you all, I love my new (used) car!!! More

Excellent experience..returned to buy 2nd car in 5 days We cannot say enough great things about the gentleman (and I use that word intentionally) at this dealership. We worked with George on the purchase of a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and he was fantastic. He listened to what we were interested in and he knew the inventory. He did not attempt to up sell us but respected our stated budgets and had one obvious goal...to gain a loyal, confident, repeat customer. In fact his goal was met. 5 days later we returned and purchased a 2nd Jeep for our daughter. Again, we worked with George. Financing.....John is awesome. He knows the products and loans available. He took a fatherly role with our daughter and explained everything to her and then helped to explain the importance of building good credit to her. Not quite so sure we would have had the same experience elsewhere. The GM Bob knows his staff well, personal kept his finger on the pulse of both transactions and worked well with us both days. This dealership has gained a loyal Jeep family from this experience! More

I'd been looking for one for years, but other dealers wer I went to the dealership looking for a luxury car. someone was trading in a jeep wrangler. I inquired about the recent trade in, and the folks at Carman made me a great offer and we closed on the deal. the gentleman in finance handled all the paperwork.I will be going back for the luxury vehicle, as I am very happy with the jeep deal.
