This was the worst service center I've ever been to. Seems like it was run very xxxx poorly. Call to put a complaint in and no one answered the phone three times. Drop the car off the night before I had to be worked on picked it up with trash in it rappers and they did not put the plastic shrouds back on where they worked to fix the issues. This was only dropped off for warranty work I'm glad I didn't have to pay anything for this poor service. More

Service area staff berated me in front of other customers about a service not included with service package. I had no issue with learning it was not covered but the manger had to retell how I was wrong and about a service not included with service package. I had no issue with learning it was not covered but the manger had to retell how I was wrong and they were right in front a large amount of customers. My issue was not transparency it was how the topic had to be broadcast in front of a lot of customers with the end result telling me they were right and I was wrong. The funny part was it was my second conversation on the topic and I really did not care. Now I really care how it made me look like I was an idiot and they had to broadcast it to customers about how they were right and I was wrong. I was warned not to shop at IRA for deceptive practices.
