This was a very pleasant new car purchasing experience. It was pleasant because when I first called and spoke with Dick Korbin, he was very attentive and seemed eager to listen to my needs. He was willing to meet my expectations, as well as work with me in what I specifically wanted. I was disappointed to find out that he was no longer a part of the Miller Ford team, but the Miller experience led me to Keith Randall. Although Keith was absent when I arrived to view the car, Jim Carty and Marc Kweeder joined forces to make my visit a pleasant one. The experience led my wife and I to the purchase of a new 2013 Ford Mustang GT. I was assured that all of the sales team would benefit from this sale. The Miller experience led me to the General Sales Manager, John Mcdonald who is an awsome guy. He shared with me his experience from start to his current position. Although he's the General Sales Manager this did not stop him from doing my paperwork for the purchase of my new vehicle.(This was totally awsome to me) In closing I'd like to say that Brenda and I are pleased to be new members of the Miller Ford family. I had been to several dealerships searching for a car, Nissan, Honda, Ford. I visited 4 Ford Dealers. Miller was by far the best experience I could have had. Lee Goldlinger could not have been more profes Nissan, Honda, Ford. I visited 4 Ford Dealers. Miller was by far the best experience I could have had. Lee Goldlinger could not have been more professional, knowledgeable and friendly. John McDonald was very helpful in obtaining the financing @ a great rate & came as close as he could to the price I was hoping to achieve. Overall a fantastic buying experience. Miller has a customer for life in me!! More

Kenvin Souder and John McDonald were both extremely helpful at helping me find the vehicle that is right for me. They answered all of my questions quickly and happily. I was never pressured to make any helpful at helping me find the vehicle that is right for me. They answered all of my questions quickly and happily. I was never pressured to make any type of decision or to purchsse upgrsdes. If I had to do it all over again I would go back to the same exact people. It wss nice to deal with people who are more concerned with what I can realistically offord verse what they can sell me. Very polite people, and role models to what these type of employees should act like!! More

Miller Ford has, once again, earned the distinction of becoming my dealer of choice. Consistent and time-tested over the past six years, the staff at Miller, and in particular Lee Goldinger (our personal becoming my dealer of choice. Consistent and time-tested over the past six years, the staff at Miller, and in particular Lee Goldinger (our personal sales consultant), simply have not allowed any other dealer to win my family's business. Whether another Ford or other brand dealer, new or used, lease or purchase, Miller has been flawless at working out the best options for me and my family. My wife is now into her 2nd vehicle, a daughter into her 2nd and now my youngest daughter into her very 1st lease on new vehicles. As for myself, well, I guess I'm saving the best for last (ladies first as I always say)! As a responsible consumer, I always shop around and always will. So although Miller knows that they do not automatically get my business, they have thus far demonstrated that they certainly should. So to Chip Miller and the entire staff at Miller Ford/Lincoln/Subaru, congratulations on what must have been a great year for Ford and your dealership in particular - I cannot imagine it not being so in view of the outstanding treatment you give to your customers every step of the way. After a terrible experience at another local dealership, I decided to give Miller Ford a shot. From the first email exchange with Ryan Plotcher, I was confident my Miller Ford experience was going to be wo I decided to give Miller Ford a shot. From the first email exchange with Ryan Plotcher, I was confident my Miller Ford experience was going to be wonderful. When I arrived, Ryan was prepared for our appointment and referred me to Lee Goldinger. Lee has a great sense of humor and is the opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. He has extensive product knowledge and showed me every trim level and feature I wanted to see. The negotiation process was painless and I left knowing I got the best deal. The GM, John McDonald represents his facility with pride. It was so nice to be dealt with as a person, not a possible "sale." I will happily return for my future vehicle needs. More

I just want to thankyou so very much for helping me get into my first financed vehicle! I felt comfortable and not pressured it was a completely, different experience from a prior dealership I had went to into my first financed vehicle! Stephen wall is a great salesman, he truly knew my price range and knew what I was looking for and truly helped me get the perfect vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to do everything they could to help me with getting a vehicle. Rose in the finance department is great also, she and Stephen together worked on several pre owned vehicles until they found the right one for me. Stephen knew I had no money to put down, my price range and my preferences and he truly went above and beyond. I honestly did not know what to expect the night that I had came into Miller Ford, I am and will continue to be a Miller Ford customer 100% They truly had made me feel good about purchasing my first car. I have had my car for two days now and I can't tell you how happy I am that I had went with Miller Ford.
