I had never owned a Honda before but I had my heart set on a Civic Coupe. I was particular in that it also had to be an EX model preferably in rallye red. John McGraw spent four weeks tracking down the vehicle, calling in favors and he even picked the car up himself just to make me happy. Mission accomplished! I love my new car and it suits me perfectly. John was great! If he said he would call, he called and he never tried to sway me from exactly what I wanted. We settled on a price in our initial negotiation but I didn't have anything in writing to verify that amount so I was a bit worried that something would change. When the car became available, there was no price drama or dispute when I actually signed the papers. It's nerve racking buying a car but John made it much easier. I would highly recommend Honda Univere and John McGraw. More

When i walked into the dealer ship i was approached right away and was taken to sit down and discuss things i explained to these gentlemen exactly what i wanted and they got me just that. i absolutely love my new car it is an amazing veichle and i am so happy that i choose honda universe. i got an amazing deal right in my budget and i have these men to thank for that. i tell every person who says they want a new car to go to honda universe and deal with these three gentlemen they are absolutely amazing.
