What makes Honda Universe great is its employees--in particular, John McGraw and Neil Goldstein,
who helped me with my first CR-V lease. I am so very appreciative for their patience and helping to make the transaction easy and hassle free. I would like to mention, too, that when John said for me to not hesitate to call him for anything about the car, well, I did call him with a maintenance question. Thank you John for kindly answering my worry-wort question and assuring me that my car was fine. It was due for maintenance, and John assisted me in scheduling service. Now I tell my friends in my senior community to go to Honda Universe, get a Honda, but ask for John and Neil!!

I was in to look at a new Accord ( more in the market to buy in September ) and there was a upset and distraught older couple in the show room.
Mr McGraw so how upset the older gentlemen was and immediately went over and to be honest I made sure to listen in. It turns out the couple came from another dealership and it was obvious they had a poor and upsetting experience and that when I witnessed something great.
John listened to the couple and did NOT bash the other dealership but what he did do was ensure the couple would have a much more pleasant experience. John gave sat with the couple a little while and had them laughing and smiling ( it was obvious even with the mask on ). John had to excuse himself to assist other customers but went back to the couple after he helped the others.
I hung around longer than I should have but i believe they bought a vehicle from the dealership.
