This is the WORST dealership to buy a car from. I have reached out multiple times to this dealership regarding an issue I have been having for months with my steering wheel and all I have been gett I have reached out multiple times to this dealership regarding an issue I have been having for months with my steering wheel and all I have been getting is the runaround. Al and John never return phone calls nor do they try to see what they can do to fix the situation. It has gotten to the point where I no longer feel safe driving my car and I have already called corporate and will be getting a lawyer involved. Do not make a mistake by going to this dealership. Today is one week since I picked up my beautiful new car and the following has been my experience so far. I brought a ONE DAY old car into the service department after picking it up the previous evening an and the following has been my experience so far. I brought a ONE DAY old car into the service department after picking it up the previous evening and having the tire pressure light go on, which showed up three miles from the dealership. I was told to come back the next day by Yvette, since service was closed. The following day, the service department (trip #2) filled it with air, instead of putting it on the lift and finding the bolt in the tire they sold me the car with. The next day was spent on the side of a highway in a brand new car for over three hours waiting for Honda service (trip #3) with a lost day at work because I was told to cancel Geico roadside assistance (I've added it back!!). Thankfully, that was the worst of it. The tire could have blown out!!! Upon returning a second time, Veronica in the service department said "we checked it out" which was clearly not the case. The dealership did in fact order a new tire and I will be returning again (trip #4) to have it replaced. Disappointed and will not return to service for free oil changes. I have no trust in the mechanics or service department or the honesty of those running it and will pay instead. I think Brian was a true gentleman, and I appreciate him paying my first month payment on Honda. I also appreciate the effort made to correct the problem, but the constant calls following to push me to come back and get the tire, with no plates ready for me, while at work, along with the pressure to make sure this survey reflected what THEY wanted it to is absurd. I would suggest when a customer has spent three hours on a highway, comments such as Yvette's "what are WE going to do about this survey", should be left for another time! She did in fact work very hard to get the car to me at a reasonable offer, and followed through on everything she needed to do to get me set and into the car. I enjoyed working with her very much, but was sorry it ended negatively. She does in fact know her business and I must give her credit where it's due! Overall, the dealership made every effort to fix the problem, but exchanging phone calls 6 out of 7 days of ownership has turned me completely off from this dealership. I could continue about the new tire placed on the car, but since it was "caught" and corrected, I'm now looking to enjoy what is an incredibly beautiful car. The Honda CR-V Sport Touring is in fact gorgeous!!! I highly recommend the vehicle. More
