Called Ken Ganley Toyota about an hour ahead of time asking if the truck I ended up buying was still available for sale. Shaun answered the phone, and immediately said "let me go put my hands on the tru asking if the truck I ended up buying was still available for sale. Shaun answered the phone, and immediately said "let me go put my hands on the truck to make sure its here!" Called me back and said it was, so I knew I wasn't wasting a trip down to the city. When I got there the truck was already pulled up for me ready to be looked over. We then took it for a test drive, and I was overall satisfied. I asked Shaun for the car facts, and he already was prepared with them! Sat down to talk numbers, and got the dealership to work with me a little bit on price. This meant alot to me seeing how I had just come from a #1 Cochran dealership that definitely wasn't #1. They didn't much want to help me like Ken Ganley. As for Shaun, keep up the good work, and continue being a family man for your kids! Thanks again! More

We had a great experience, Nick met us part way for a test drive. We really appreciated him doing that. He was great at telling us everything about the truck! Great used car buying experience. Our sales guy, Nick Marshall, let us take all the time we needed to make our decision. Took a little more time than we would have liked to get outta there after we made Marshall, let us take all the time we needed to make our decision. Took a little more time than we would have liked to get outta there after we made our decision but the car was detailed very well and the "financials" couldn't have gone smoother - even for our unusual circumstances. The receptionist is nice, and sometimes they’re nice over the phone, but I get so anxious every time I go in there because most of the people are either neutral or seem extremely annoyed.
