The entire experience was easy. I was told my car was received by the service department early Monday morning after having it towed. Made appointment noon arrived on time,after about ten minutes waiting I was told it would longer but could not give a time. I called my wife to pick me up and told Mr Moen that I would pick the car up th minutes waiting I was told it would longer but could not give a time. I called my wife to pick me up and told Mr Moen that I would pick the car up the following morning. Following morning could not contact Mr moen was told his messages were full. I finally reached someone in parts department and they got John to call me and was told car would be ready by 4 pm. My two hour wait quote ended up being sixteen hours. Bad communication and seemingly lack of caring.very disappointed ?? More
