Mostly very good. But, for one of our issues, the tech said he couldn't duplicate the problem, so it was not addressed. The problem occurs almost every time the vehicl But, for one of our issues, the tech said he couldn't duplicate the problem, so it was not addressed. The problem occurs almost every time the vehicle is turned off, so not being able to duplicate it seems very unlikely. More

I experienced an issue with the A/C in my truck, as well as a failing in the bearing of an idler pulley on my engine which caused an increasingly loud noise. The issues were quickly diagnosed, and repairs e as a failing in the bearing of an idler pulley on my engine which caused an increasingly loud noise. The issues were quickly diagnosed, and repairs effected, in a very reasonable time frame. I will definitely return to Frisco Chrysler Dodge for service in the future. More

The service overall was good. I was not able to get everything done in this visit but will make a follow up appointment. The one issue I had is the express service tech forgot to place my wheel lock key back in my vehicle. I just happened to check for it before I left the dealer parking lot. He found it promptly once it was pointed out. More
