I think John knew before I did that the Impala was right for me. He took the time to go over all the bells and whistles and I'm happy to say that although I will miss my 2009 Chevy Malibu LTZ the new Impala will become my favorite car. There is no point where multiple salespeople bully you as a team. John had the car parked at the front door when I arrived and I was in and out in about an hour from start to finish--comparable to what other reviewers have said. If you've bought as many cars as I have you know these are all issues with most dealers. A good website and a good variety of in stock both new and used are a bonus. If you're in the market try John first. More
