Well I went to the dealer ship and explained my car shuts down while driving “lights, dashboard, everything” then comes back on. All they did was reset it the car and told me it’s fine. As I was driving home down while driving “lights, dashboard, everything” then comes back on. All they did was reset it the car and told me it’s fine. As I was driving home it did the same thing but this time it stalled. They do not care about our safety at all. More

T was tremendous. He was a pleasure to work with, and made a day that was too long more pleasant. Service dept not at all sufficient! Certified car?!! Most concerning is Engine light illuminated driving home. Very Unhappy! Car is already scheduled at local dealership for work! The first available appt is this Friday, and I am very anxiously awaiting what they find. Your service dept also left the fuse box cover AND a light bulb on a wire dangling in the driver compartment, which my son took care of for me. None of those things should happen to begin with…and shouldn’t be acceptable when/if they do. I’m hopeful about what sort of response and support your dealership will provide me during this process. More

Tony was nice enough but seemed like he didn't really know what he was doing. We talked about what was needed and he gave me a price that I agreed to. Then when I picked up my car it was a completely dif know what he was doing. We talked about what was needed and he gave me a price that I agreed to. Then when I picked up my car it was a completely different price. And what I thought was done was not done at all.. I called and spoke with a manager that gave me attitude first and made me feel as If I was the one that was wrong. Told me that they did what was recommended and tried to explain why. Yet all I was trying to say was that I expected one thing and that they did something else without my consent. It just would have been nice of the associate to communicate with me clearly what the recommendation was and what this would cost me so I could make the choice and not them. Overall this is why I only service my car at kia when absolutely necessary because there's always more than you expect. Its never just what you ask for More
