I would absolutely never suggest anyone come to this dealership for service or to buy a car. The runaround that I received from both the service department and the sales department was the deciding fact dealership for service or to buy a car. The runaround that I received from both the service department and the sales department was the deciding factor to make me not purchase a Kia again.
