We were visiting family in Oregon from Los Angeles and had absolutely no plans to buy a car in Oregon. Alex was more knowledgeable on the vehicles I was interested in than several other salespeople I have talked with recently, especially with the tech specs on the Bolt EV that I wound up buying. Came in to look for a bolt ev. I thought the newer the year, the better, but John, my salesman, helped educate me that newer doesn't mean better! I’ve repeatedly reached out to the sales rep, John Nguyen, with no response. I even contacted the sales manager, Mike Prickett, and still received no follow-up. It’s unacceptable that after spending this much on a new vehicle, basic items are missing and customer service is completely unresponsive. It’s frustrating that a dealership would risk its reputation over $100 worth of parts and poor communication. More
