Alex was more knowledgeable on the vehicles I was interested in than several other salespeople I have talked with recently, especially with the tech specs on the Bolt EV that I wound up buying. Came in to look for a bolt ev. I thought the newer the year, the better, but John, my salesman, helped educate me that newer doesn't mean better!
