We purchased a 2010 focus. WE service our ford here regularly. In 2011 we came in for service on our 2010 and just to test drive the 2012 focus we were not intending to purchase one that day. We explained to him of our purchase here in 2010. We took the test drive. Shortly after we came back in to the showroom, the salesman was pulled aside by a sales manager, the manager did not tell us what was going on which was rude in my opinion. the manager then approached us ann told us rather rudely that they have a policy of using the same salesman which we purchased out 2010 from. We had no intention of purchasing that day and told him this also, and after that rude manager encounter, we will definetly not purchase another car from this dealership. More

As we entered the doors of Northside Ford our guard was up. We had been to two different local dealerships and been ignored and neglected. Our initial call to Wally Rodriguez assured us that we would not up. We had been to two different local dealerships and been ignored and neglected. Our initial call to Wally Rodriguez assured us that we would not have the same results at Northside Ford. Barry Wayne promptly greeted us and introduced us to John Novac who was waiting for our arrival. Mr. Novac heard our concerns and reassured us that our salesman Barry Wayne would adequately deliver excellent customer service and inform us as to what Northside Ford could do. Reflecting back to our experience last week as we drive in our 2011 Ford 4x4 Lariat makes both of us smile from ear to ear. Straight forward, honest, professional and extraordinary are words that describe our experience and sales staff at Northside Ford in San Antonio, Texas. The best compliment we feel we could give is to tell those who set the bar high is to give Northside Ford a try, trust us you won’t be disappointed. A strong team is made up of many. Everyone is great to deal with, from the three stated above to their people in the service departments and body shops. Very professional and approachable. I have been dealing with Northside Ford since 20 above to their people in the service departments and body shops. Very professional and approachable. I have been dealing with Northside Ford since 2003 and will continue the relationship. I would recommend Northside to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. More

I really liked the fact you don't get bombarded by sales personnel when you walk in the door. They give you time to look around. I had a great experience with James my salesman and John Novak the sales ma personnel when you walk in the door. They give you time to look around. I began working with Dennis McCrary about 3 months ago, when I thought I would be purchasing a new vehicle. There were never any "high pressure tactics" used by this dealership, just the assurance that wh when I thought I would be purchasing a new vehicle. There were never any "high pressure tactics" used by this dealership, just the assurance that when I was ready to buy, he would be there to help me get the vehicle I wanted. When I was ready to purchase, I went to the dealership, discussed with Dennis the vehicle I wanted to purchase and all of the available options. He was able to answer every single question I had about the Escape. They did not have exactly the vehicle which I wanted (color, equipment). John Novak told me that they would find exactly what I wanted. He checked with dealers all over the state and was able to find a vehicle with the exact equipment I was looking for, and brought it into the dealership. He didn't give up looking for my Escape! When my new vehicle was ready for pick-up, Dennis explained all of the equipment on the vehicle. He walked me through setting up my iPhone and iPod with the Sync system, and made sure I knew how to work the system, as well as the Sirius radio. I felt very comfortable leaving the dealership with my new vehicle, knowing that I had a good understanding of how it works. I have already recommended Northside Ford (and Dennis) to my friends. This pleasant new-car-buying experience will keep me as a loyal customer. More
