Over the last 3 days I have been working with John Palmer and his Sales Manager Neil Becker. It has been an absolutely wonderful experience. He is also very well educated about the other brand or model options so he can help you make the best of your time spent comparing alternative make and models. I felt that John was making sure the options we were discussing were appropriate for my needs and also fit my budget. If John wasn't available, there were always other staff around or answering phones to make sure my questions were promptly answered, either on site or by phone, text, or email. John is also enthusiastic about his job and what he does, and that's reflected in his ability to sit in the vehicle with you and make sure you know every single cool thing the vehicle can provide for you, your loved ones, or your precious cargo. I felt that the end price and financing was very fair and the best that could be expected given the current state of world affairs. Well equipped options are rare and cost more nowadays, and that's just how it is. John let me know the options available to keep my car locked down and available until I was ready to purchase, and as of last night I am now the very proud owner of a new 2023 Nissan Rogue.
