Best first lease ever !! My wife and I were extremely nervous, yet excited to lease our first car and although we knew exactly what car we wanted, we were apprehensive on the My wife and I were extremely nervous, yet excited to lease our first car and although we knew exactly what car we wanted, we were apprehensive on the pricing and the overall process in leasing the car. We arrived and were immediately greeted with respect and kindness. Our sales consultant, John Parhami, couldn't have been more respectful and appreciative to what we wanted. He answer every question fully and accurately and was kind enough to have a test drive with us. He never pressured us to buy what we didn't want and succeeded in getting us what we did want. We are very satified and have already agreed to come back for a second lease in three years. We would highly recommend anyone to come see Mr. John Parhami at Hyundai of Long Island City. More

New Review Our salesmen John was excellent and very professional. I was hesitant to purchase another Hyundai as we have a Hyundai we purchased last July from Sta Our salesmen John was excellent and very professional. I was hesitant to purchase another Hyundai as we have a Hyundai we purchased last July from Star Hyundai that has issues and we are working with Hyundai Corporate office on the issue but the resolution seems to be dragged out. Am not sure out Hyundai's commitment to customer service when you have to go through issues like this and am hoping a resolution can happen soon.
