I visited Motor Werks Cadillac to look at a used car. I called bout 30 minutes ahead and the first thing I noticed was the car sitting out front and ready to go. John came out to greet me and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. We took it for a test drive and he knew all the ins and outs which was impressive considering this was a Tesla and not a Cadillac. The price was very reasonable. We discussed a few other options for protection which I considered but ultimately decided against. To his credit, John did a great job explaining the packages and building value. It was just that I was already at the top of my budget. I was pressed for time but John made it happen anyway. It wasn’t going to be convenient for me to come back to get the car so John said “well how about I deliver it to you?” John brought the car to my house, wrapped up some paperwork, showed me a few other features of the car (like connecting my Bluetooth) and left. What a great experience this was! If there was ever someone who went above average beyond for customer satisfaction, it was John. I wish I could give more stars!! More
