Made appointment by phone several days in advance. Got to dealership and no record of appointment. Had to wait 2 1/2 hours for service. Beware of this dealership tactics and finance department selling you a maintenance program which is a complete lie, doesn’t cover any of the normal wear maintenance items as they stated. Honestly very selling you a maintenance program which is a complete lie, doesn’t cover any of the normal wear maintenance items as they stated. Honestly very disappointed the few times I’ve been in for regular service intervals, never complete the items discussed. I strongly advise anyone from dealing with this dealership sales, management and finance department. More

They told it was 249 dollars for diagnostics. It was really 335 dollars. They lied, they did nothing but try to sell me a new car! Their goons were hanging out everywhere doing nothing.
