Once again, I walked away from Wild Toyota Scion with a smile of my face. This is the second car I purchased through Wilde and David Olguin helped me through the car buying process once again, and did an o smile of my face. This is the second car I purchased through Wilde and David Olguin helped me through the car buying process once again, and did an outstanding job with me. Its not always easy for me to make big decisions, but he was able to help me make a decision easier. He was very polite, friendly and personable. He also worked with the sales manager John Ploeckelman to negotiate a price I was comfortable with. Because David is easy going I didn't feel pressured at all while making my decision. Together, we chose the best car that fit my needs. Also, his communication with me was superb. He even took my call on his day off after the purchase. It is over an hour drive for me to get to Wilde, but it is definitely worth the drive because they are top notch. Everyone that I worked with at Wilde was very professional and courteous including Mikhail Ageyev and Phil Lo. They helped me with financing and were able to give me a rate and payment I was happy with. They also did a remarkable job on working with me on an extended warranty because they were very patient with me, and explained thoroughly the details of their extended warranty. I already know where my next car purchase is going to be. More

I had a friend recommend Phil Lo, she had bought a Camry there earlier this Summer and said he did a great job. Phil was engaging and very attentive. He sat beside patiently while my husband and I went ba there earlier this Summer and said he did a great job. Phil was engaging and very attentive. He sat beside patiently while my husband and I went back and forth between prices, make and model, and year, of a vehicle to buy. He had plenty of advice at every turn. We had our preference narrowed down to the Rav 4, Highlander, and Pilot. Phil got us in each one of them and after a test run, and a glance at the Carfax, we were sold. John came out and explained the importance of being Toyota certified. He seemed to really know the ins and outs of trade-ins and financing. We ended up with a Highlander and after 2 days, could not be more pleased. We will definitely recommend Wilde in the future and hope that when our friends work with Phil, he will give them the VIP treatment we felt he gave us. More

We had a great experience at Wilde Toyota working with Christian and John. From the start, we were treated like people rather than meat in a lion's den. Car shopping had never been something that we enj Christian and John. From the start, we were treated like people rather than meat in a lion's den. Car shopping had never been something that we enjoyed doing because it had always felt like we needed to be nasty with the sales people in order to get a fair price-all while defending the "why don't you buy this right now?" type questions. It was not like that at Wilde. Christian and John both seemed to be after what WE as the customers wanted. We were able to test drive vehicles and talk with each other about what we liked/didn't like without having a sales person breathing down our neck. When we returned from our test drive, Christian simply asked us, "What do you think?" Turns out, we did find something that we liked, but I feel like if we had said that we hated both vans, Christian wouldn't have attempted to pressure us into buying one of them (like some other sales people do at other dealers.) It was a pressure free situation and we felt as though we were working with straight-shooters truly interested in helping us find what we want/answer any questions we had. We will definitely return to Wilde when it comes time to buy another vehicle. Thanks! Matt and Amy More

I went in to buy a late model used car and ended up buying a 2011 Corolla. While at the dealership, i encountered nothing but professionalism. This was our first experience with Wilde Toyota. It was a friendly environment from sales to finance. We did not feel any pressure to buy any vehicle and Jim Blake was the salesperson who helped us. He was very friendly and helpful with providing us with Car Faxes. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles we were looking at. Jim knew his stuff!!!! The entire staff (THANKS John Ploeckelman) at Wilde was friendly, upbeat and made us feel comfortable in making a “YES” decision to buy a vehicle. We felt like we got a great value on our trade-in as well as the low vehicle price which beat all other competitors. When we went back to finance, Vicki was very professional and thorough on the required vehicle paperwork and warranties. She took care of all the paperwork, figures and getting all the signatures! Again, she was a super person and very organized! Way to go, Vicki. Wilde Toyota will be at the top of our list in future vehicle purchases. More

John was kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, easy to speak with and not the least bit condescending (which happened the last time we purchased from Wilde Toyota). All of our questions were answered. It is very difficult for me to settle on a price for a car, so there is no way I can put "great" for the price, especially for a used vehicle. However, given internet info, it seemed to be okay. I had a budget amount that I could spend, and the dealership almost met it. If the extra $300 wasn't in the price, I would be more pleased. More
