The service department is great, top tier. Wonderful customer service. My car was ready in an hour instead of three, as estimated. Schedule a service at 9:00 am . Car was seen at 2:15 pm.The excuses were that they were taking care of recalls.One did not even aply to the car because my car does not have that equi Car was seen at 2:15 pm.The excuses were that they were taking care of recalls.One did not even aply to the car because my car does not have that equipment.The others updates were not done because they had to order the parts.My app was set more than a week and a half before. The parts could have been ordered at that time. No service manager present and the assistant was nowhere Left the dealer and my car keept on calling my phone and could not disconet. They promisrespect for one's time.What a joke! My car was listed as arrived at 2:15 while cars I left the place at 4:00 pm. More

I was told my engine would be covered by warranty by the service rep Jake I was already on the SECOND part of the Trail, they kept my car over night. The following day I was called by the service rep tellin service rep Jake I was already on the SECOND part of the Trail, they kept my car over night. The following day I was called by the service rep telling me he made a mistake and it was NOT going to be covered under warranty because we were passed 60,000 miles. Mind you I've had this issue with my engine since 55,000 and to even get to the second part of the Trail you have to drive 1,000 sooo keep running the miles up just to get told I made a mistake. Then was told I can just wait until my engine seizes up so it can be covered by warranty mind you I'm 5 months pregnant and to wait until engine seizes is extremely dangerous. When asked to speak to the manger I was told the manger was "out of town" and he was going to see what he can do for me once the manger got back. Monday came around no response, When I came to speak to the manger he was out so then Josh came and said he was also a manager and was told by him my problem isn't with the service rep that took care of me and made a "mistake" my problem is with Kia itself. More
