My 2021 Kia Sorento Prestige needed a recall service. In addition the feature where the engine turns off when I stop at a traffic light stopped working. I went to this dealer which was far from my home b In addition the feature where the engine turns off when I stop at a traffic light stopped working. I went to this dealer which was far from my home because Maria who scheduled the apptointment said that I would get a loaner if the SUV had to be kept overnight. This was not the case when I got there despite the information I was given. I was there for over 6 hrs. In addition, I was now out of their pickup and dropoff territory so they could not take me home. The recall was finished and the mechanic said that the feature where the car idles to off was fixed. It wasn't. I drove back 10 minutes later and the same mechanic took another hr and said that he upgraded the software and that it would take a few days before it would kick in. It's been several months and it's still not working. I gave up. I will not go back as there is no transporation home, and if the car is held overnight there no free loaner. More
