George made our car buying experience enjoyable -never pushy, but very personable. His many years of experience as a Mercedes Benz Sales Team member were very obvious - telling and showing us the excellent features of the GLE 350. We were sold and made our decision quickly to trade our 2013 Mercedes for a 2018! All of the staff we met were just as friendly and helpful as George. From the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. My daughter was offered refreshments and a comfortable waiting area where she could watch tv. The salesperson that took care of me from beginning to end was Silvio! I had an idea of what car I wanted ahead of time, but after getting more information, I was pointed to a better option to fit my needs. It was already late in the day, but Silvio was very patient with me and took the time to provide me with all the knowledge on the vehicle that I was interested in. I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. I was also lucky enough to work with John when it came to the financing process and negotiating with the bank. I have been to a lot of different dealerships and have never had an experience as smooth and as comfortable as this one. If you are interested in a Mercedes, I would DEFINITELY recommend reaching out to Silvio at Leith Mercedes on Capital Blvd. By the way, I am loving my C300!! More
