Tried to sell me additional warranty beyond the certification from Toyota. He held deal up unless I bought additional warranty so I bought it and told him I was going to cancel it. I knew they were trying to get past the 30 days, full refund period but I finally sent an email then they answered. Ali tried to get a $100 cancelation fee but then couldnt provide documentation of fee and supposedly waived fee.
