John didn't try to over sell me a more expensive car or throw a bunch of sales pitches. He was honest and listened to our needs. I was done in a shorter time that the other dealership that wasted 5 hrs trying to sell me a car for twice as much as the one Royal Moore sold me. It was a smooth and happy purchase.
