When I arrived, I had to walk inside to find a salesman. No one came up to me until the sales manager asked if I’d been helped, he found someone for me. I picked out a truck but decided by the next morning No one came up to me until the sales manager asked if I’d been helped, he found someone for me. I picked out a truck but decided by the next morning I wasn’t too fond of the color. So come Monday morning I called my sales guy to ask him if I could change colors. He was really irritated with me. I asked if he could give me an hour to get online and verify the colors I looked at over the weekend. I was told I had to decide now so I did. Then he text me to tell me my financing was complete and to come in at 4 to sign the paperwork. I asked what the interest rate was and he said he tell me at 4. I pretty much had to say I wasn’t coming out until he told me the interest rate. Finally he says 5.5%, I said I wasn’t happy with that rate and thank you he got really upset and called me. I was at work and had someone in my office. I asked him if I could call him back and he hung up and text me the finance guy would be calling me. Now I’m just done, luckily for John the finance man Chris had a much better disposition and was great to work with because I was not going to purchase anything from Shaheen. With in 5 minutes Chris called back and was able to drop my interest more than 2 points. So I kept the appt at 4 to go sign paperwork, I was not able to get to the back until 5:30. I made the appt so I wouldn’t have to wait that was frustrating. I went to pick up my brand new truck and it hadn’t been cleaned. I know it’s the sellers market right now but on 1/10/22 I took my son to Feldman’s in Lansing to purchase a new truck that I had to co-sign for. I buy GM because of my family that has and is working there but things like this makes me want to look else where. More
