I visited Shaheen and had a very specific car I wanted in a specific seat arrangement. Griffin was patient and focused on us the entire time. He drove to another location to try to find the car for us and en a specific seat arrangement. Griffin was patient and focused on us the entire time. He drove to another location to try to find the car for us and ended up negotiating a dealer trade on my behalf. Griffin also helped us through the process of getting the cloth seats turned into leather. Unfortuantely, my car got damaged in transit but Griffin and team went above and beyond to get it fixed with as little inconvience to me as possible. The damage was obviously not an ideal scenario and it was frustrating for all involved, but it's in scenairos like that when you actually get to see how customer focused people are, and the Shaheen team delivered on that front. More
