I've encountered some minor problems with my new Rav 4, but the problems have been resolved each time under the warranty. The customer service is superb, and the waiting area -- including café -- is the best I've ever seen. Danny Creamery is my favorite service manager, because he seems to be a little more determined to solve problems as quickly as possible. Highly recommend buying or leasing a Toyota at Jim Hudson Toyota, especially if you're tired of unreliable vehicles and poor customer service. In fact, I recommend seeing John Rectenwald if you want to buy or lease a vehicle. I dislike high pressure salesmen, and appreciate those -- like John -- who don't expect to sell or lease you a vehicle on your first or even second visit. I also like salesmen who listen and follow-up. More
