Best Car Buying Experience Ever In my life I have purchased 12 cars. This was my 12th purchase and the best of them all. The first thing John did was LISTEN to me. He didn't talk In my life I have purchased 12 cars. This was my 12th purchase and the best of them all. The first thing John did was LISTEN to me. He didn't talk over me and he didn't patronize me. He immediately led me to a car that met my initial requirements. We quickly narrowed it down and he had a plate on a car and I was test driving it. The next day I bought the car. At every step of the buying process he was relaxed and charming. I felt respected throughout the entire process. After I bought the car he sat with me and set up the entire car, including the Onstar, XMradio, the navigation, the audio, the seat settings and the phone system. This extra time he spent with me was the "cherry on top". It would have taken me a very long time to set everything up myself. If you are looking for a positive car buying experience John Reed is your man. I'll be recommending him to all my friends. More

We were greeted with an enthusiastic smile and an offer for something to drink as we sat down with John and began to discuss our vehicle needs. John was courteous, caring and continued to work hard to hear our concerns and help evaluate what would work best for us. Being new to the Cadillac experience, it turned out the vehicle we came into look out was not exactly what would work for us and John showed us the XT5 which we had not considered. But, after driving it and talking to John about this car and its features, we were sold. We are very pleased with this car and pleased with the professional treatment and care we received. John was able to answer every question we had and upon picking up the XT5, he was able to thoroughly show us all of its features and explain clearly how everything worked. I am very impressed with this dealership and the professionalism, courtesy and care they expressed. More

For starters I went in the dealer soon as I walked in he greated me with a smile and "Welcome to Jeff John Reed is the definition of customer service. For starters I went in the dealer soon as I walked in he greated me with a smile and "Welcome to Jeff Wyler Cadillac how can I help you" in my head I'm already doubtful thinking it's a waste of my time I don't have any credit history to get a car from a dealership like this. After we sat down start talking sometimes playing john said "it's not to bad just because you dont have any credit doesn't mean you have bad credit it just mean you haven't established any yet" I was still thinking yea yea I've been down this road in order for me to get a car I would need a huge down payment of about $4000 at the least to get a car. John told me in his own words before doing ANY paperwork "I DONT CARE WHAT I HAVE TO DO YOU LEAVING OUT HERE WITH A CAR TODAY" and I did just that a 2017 might I add with less than $2000 downpaymemt . There's a time for business and there's a time for play and he played both roles great. One of thee funniest men I know. I can't thank john enough for everything he had to go through to get me in my car and I love it. Few weeks later someone hit my car totalled it. I went back to JEFF WYLER to get another car. Knowing anyone in the building could simply put me into another car I went directly to John because I know how he work and that same day I was in another 2017 only a different color and better features. This guy goes over and beyond to get the job done. Highly recommend him. He was so funny I stop in just to say hi sometimes. The energy he gives off is amazing!! Keep up the great work john. *Oh and he's not a car salesmen he's a Car consaultant lol* More
