Lie to get you in the door/ poor customer service Set up a “warranty” appointment for warped rotors at 27,000 miles. Before hand I called to verify that they would be covered which I was told they wou Set up a “warranty” appointment for warped rotors at 27,000 miles. Before hand I called to verify that they would be covered which I was told they would be. Asked for an oil change as well as tire rotation. Service advisor told me 2 hours for everything. After two hours they called to tell me the oil change was done but they would not warranty my rotors. After speaking with the service manager John, he wouldn’t help at all. I even offered to pay for new pads. He also told me I’m “not a customer”! Horrible service!!!! Will never go to or suggest the Luther group to anyone. More

Car Wash Stumble Brought my Outback in for a 36,000 mile checkup. Bill was over $200 although only routine maintenance was done. Supposed to come with a complimentary Brought my Outback in for a 36,000 mile checkup. Bill was over $200 although only routine maintenance was done. Supposed to come with a complimentary car wash but the car was was out of service. Did not offer a coupon for a later wash or any discount for not giving a wash. I come to the dealer because I expect great service and did not feel they measured up. More
