Awesome everytime! We have been a customer of Bloomington Acura for 8 year and over 250,000 miles. The service department has just been consistently outstanding! Alwa We have been a customer of Bloomington Acura for 8 year and over 250,000 miles. The service department has just been consistently outstanding! Always friendly, always timely, always honest, and consistently accommodating to our needs. Typically there is nothing wrong with the Acura, but the 2 times we had problems - once with the radar unit and once with some strange vibration, they went to bat for us with the manufacturer. Just awesome. I am also impressed how long they are able to keep service advisors around. Evidently, these guys love their job. Nice to see! More

Terrible. Bunch of idiots working there. I wish I could give them negative stars. We bought our Subaru Forester 2019 from these idiots back in Nov 2018 and in less than 10 months, one of the I wish I could give them negative stars. We bought our Subaru Forester 2019 from these idiots back in Nov 2018 and in less than 10 months, one of the tires just burst when we were on a road trip to Mt. Rushmore. It was a Sunday during long weekend and everything except Walmart was closed. Walmart won't replace just one tire in an All-Wheel Drive vehicle and I had to replace all 4 of them. Boom.. $500 gone just like that. More than that I feared the safety of my family if all of a sudden the tires would burst . I contacted the Luther dealer and their ignorant service manager said that I had to contact the tire company and they can't do anything on it. From the very first minute of the call, I could sense that this person didn't care about customer loyalty at all. You lost me. I will never ever buy from you or any Subaru product. And I would discourage my friends, family, relatives and basically anybody I can have any influence to not buy Subaru products. These guys are thieves. They just talk you into buying a car and once it's out the door, they don't take any responsibility for manufacturer defects. Don't ever go to this dealer. And don't buy Subaru Forester Limited Edition 2019 if you love your family. Look at the pictures below. It is unsafe and a piece of junk. More
