Of all the vehicles I've purchased over the years, and the dealerships and sales personnel I've dealt with, this experience at Sunset Ford was by far the best I've had buying a car. No pressure, no sneaky tactics or back and forth waiting games. John, the Sales Rep, was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Him and Kyle, Sales Manager, made the process EZ-PZ, as well as giving me a really good deal! All the personnel I dealt with at the dealership were true professionals. Talked to Jon about the truck came in and took it for a test drive there was never any pressure to buy. My wife and I took two days to deliberate and then come back with our price.
