A very courteous , friendly and processional service I had to have emergency repair work done On my work vehicle. Steve in service was very accommodating and said that they would repair it while I waited I had to have emergency repair work done On my work vehicle. Steve in service was very accommodating and said that they would repair it while I waited. Mike the technician spoke with me in the waiting room explaining what was necessary to repair the van. I am in the service industry and I can tell you that this dealer is top-notch. Everyone is friendly and helpful. And more importantly they are very honest and their rates are very fair. Very happy with the service I was provided for a VIP which I was supposed to be a VIP to get my tire service done immediately because I was pressured for time and had to rush back and barely get back to my job I was supposed to be a VIP to get my tire service done immediately because I was pressured for time and had to rush back and barely get back to my job and no one took the opportunity or caring to care that I had to get out right away sorry I'm not happy after coming there and Leasing four vehicles from this dealership I thought the service would have been a lot better was not happy have to think about coming back as a regular customer. More

Poor Diagnosis / Hungry Service Representation Two times in a row the service Rep chose to do the more expensive job 1st, then, finding the source of the problem or, so called additional problem i Two times in a row the service Rep chose to do the more expensive job 1st, then, finding the source of the problem or, so called additional problem is something else, indicating that the 1st expensive job was mandatory but, did not take photos or save the so called faulty part. Very questionable servicing but, not uncommon with dealerships. I had poor servicing with an affiliated (same owner) dealership at GM in Mahwah whereby, the mechanic stole / exchanged the underpart of the dashboard that had an additional charging unit and replaced it with another. More
