At my first visit while roaming the showroom I liked that there was no pushy sale person, I was able to check out every model. Then John approached me and started a conversation which eventually lead to my interest in the MX model. I went home, thought about it for a while and then called John 2 weeks later to say I changed my mind and was interested in the UX. When I came in for my next visit John already had a test car waiting for me. He walked me thru the purchase/leasing process and in the end, I bought the UX. I also traded in my Subaru for a beautiful Nissan Altima which my husband adores. John called me a few days later to see how I was liking the UX - love it! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I would recommend Prestige Lexus! More

Horrible service, empty promises. I bought a used vehicle from this dealership 2 months ago and can't drive it. The GM promised to send another 30 day tag until the NJ Jersey plate pro I bought a used vehicle from this dealership 2 months ago and can't drive it. The GM promised to send another 30 day tag until the NJ Jersey plate problem is straightened out. That has not happened. The refund on THEIR service mistake has not come through either. NO RESPONSE to repeated phone calls. More
