My greeting was horrible. Luceny was rude. When I got there my appointment wasn't in the system that he use. I showed him my confirmation and he told me that I needed to see J Luceny was rude. The rep that handled my appointment changed it to Wednesday December 31st from Monday December 22nd because of everything that I needed and after all of that I still was only able to get an oil change due to the shop closing early for the holiday.
