We actually were able to negotiate and complete our deal all through text. He was honest with the numbers and about what he was able to do for us and what he could not. He was able to match and beat the best offer I had before. We bought a crv ex awd blue. So far very happy with the car and the service. Only issue was the ac went out at the building where we had to do the paper work on a 200 degree day. Everyone was polite and tried to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. Pleasantly surprised with this car buying experience More

Got a great deal on a car without a lot of the pushy salesman stuff. The best part is they stand behind their service and their cars. About 2 weeks after purchase I started noticing an issue with the brakes. I called John and he set up a valet service to pick up my car (in NJ!), bring it in to service and they replaced my brakes and rotors for free because I had just purchased the car. Returned the car to me at no cost the same day. I will definitely be recommending the dealership and John and go to them for my next car. More

A few phone calls a few text messages and an arranged delivery ... I could put in a full day's work and have a car waiting for me at the end of the day. Give them your business. Worth it. More
