I recently traded in a 2025 Kia soul EX for the same making model Kia soul EX that I had bought 15 months prior at Deland Kia however I was told that they didn’t have a mock up of more than $400 on the making model Kia soul EX that I had bought 15 months prior at Deland Kia however I was told that they didn’t have a mock up of more than $400 on the price of the Kia sold that I purchased or traded in for however I was charged without really realizing it $999 for a pre-delivery service charge. I was also charged $599.99 for an electronic registration filing fee, which I come to find out was when another salesman took about 10 minutes on a laptop typed in some information and said he was registering me or the car to me something to that in that effect and when I’ve criticize them and ask them about getting a refund for this $599 which seems totally useless and has no bearing on buying this car. They refused to give me that money back. I also complained about the $999 on this delivery service charge which I don’t understand where that comes from either so the selection was great. I love these cars and I got this trade-in because this is the last year of my favorite vehicle a Kia soul, but I don’t know how I could go back to this dealership again when they’re charging for these fees and claiming they’ve only making $400 profit off the price of a car More

Had such a great experience at DeLand Kia! !! Roberto Casanova was an AMAZING salesman. He was super straight forward, very helpful, easy to communicate with, and overall so great in helping !! Roberto Casanova was an AMAZING salesman. He was super straight forward, very helpful, easy to communicate with, and overall so great in helping me trade in my old Mazda for a brand new Kia!!! If you've been having problems at other dealerships, please try DeLand Kia! We had so many issues with other dealerships not willing to negotiate, adding unnecessary fees, charging wayyyy over MSRP, etc. We are so glad we came to this Kia dealership because we were finally able to work with great people and get an awesome deal. And, when we did have a slight issue along the way, the manager John was absolutely amazing at recovering the situation and making sure we left happy. 10/10 experience, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car More
