John was a phenomenal “salesman” and I use that word loosely. John felt more like a teammate in my search for a 4Runner as opposed to someone who is intent on selling me anything they could get me to bu loosely. JSP did a great job working with us. We orginally came in an hour before closing mid August 2021 and he was able to work with us to find the TRD ORP 4runner we came in for. He helped us put a hold on it in an hour before closing mid August 2021 and he was able to work with us to find the TRD ORP 4runner we came in for. He helped us put a hold on it and stayed an hour after closing to make sure that we did not feel rushed. He kept us updated for when it arrived at the dealership and was flexible when we added and took away accessories and modifications we said we were going to do. What I enjoyed most was how much JSP seemed to genuinely have an interest in the modifications the 4runner. Up to this point, we have added a lift, tires, rims, rock sliders, tint, along with a few other things and I still reach out to JSP to ask for advice/questions for the next mod I would like to do. I sometimes cannot help but send photos of the upgrades even after the sale and he still responds with enthusiasm even though he does not have to. Thanks JSP for being an awesome sales specialist. John was great to work with. The process was easy, he listened to what I wanted and gave me options with no pressure. Before I went in to the dealership I emailed back and forth with one of their custom listened to what I wanted and gave me options with no pressure. Before I went in to the dealership I emailed back and forth with one of their customer service people to set up a time to come in and they were great as well. Definitely recommend this dealership and would be happy to work with John again in the future! More
