When I decided to buy a new Mazda5 Costco sent me to another dealership. I went back to North Penn Mazda because of their customer loyalty program and their friendly, knowledgeable sales team. I never thought they would match the Costco price but they did because of the loyalty bonus and an additional sales incentive. I was very satisfied with the bargaining process and I was even happy that this dealership would be selling my first Mazda5. I feel like I left it in good hands. Although the waiting was a little long because there were a lot of people who also are looking for cars. The environment are very friendly and welcoming. Everyone was at NorthPenn Mazda was so helpful. I had been to a few other dealerships in the area and had some not so great experiences. I traded in my old car and they offered me a very fair trade in price. I ended up leasing the Mazda6 Sport which I am in love with! I am all around happy with my experience at NorthPenn Mazda. (NorthPenn VW was also extremely helpful and there was never any pressure) More
